How to Buy

Orders for Numbered Edition Giclee Prints are handled as follows:

• Please place your order via e-mail. We will need the name of the images and your delivery address.
   
• Your order is then stock checked to ensure the requested images are still available and ready for dispatch. This must be done before we accept your order to ensure an image has not reached the end of it's edition.
   
• If the images are available we will send you an e-mail detailing the total cost of the images including postage and packaging. We will also confirm where you should send your payment, which is usually made by cheque.
   
• When your payment has been received and cleared we will dispatch the order and send you an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order and its dispatch date.
   
• Please note: your order will be dispatched using a service that will require a signature when delivered.

Printing Specifications

Unless otherwise stated the following specification applies to each image:

• Paper is Hahnemühle William Turner 310 gsm
• Inks are Epson Ultrachrome K3.

Please be aware that actual image dimensions can vary slightly from those stated.

Proof of Authenticity

Each numbered edition image is numbered, titled and signed by Lani personally.

Terms and Conditions

Lani Arts is owned by Cheryl Riley (a.k.a Lani) operating as a sole trader. The gallery produces high quality original images made by the artist. All signed prints are produced in guaranteed editions, individually signed and numbered by the artist.

Legal

• Goods are sold subject to UK law.
• Payment may be made by cheque or money order, payable to Cheryl Riley’ (unless otherwise agreed).
• Goods will be be dispatched when payment has cleared.
• All orders and receipts will be acknowledged by e-mail.
• If you agree to purchase an item from my web site, you are entering into a legally binding contract.
• All goods for UK destinations will be dispatched using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For (unless otherwise agreed).
• International orders will be dispatched by the most appropriate and agreed means based on the destination.
• The cost of this postage is for most destinations included in the prices quoted online.
• Any information sent to me, by whatever means will be be used solely for the purpose of processing your order. I will never pass on your details to 3rd parties.
• I may retain your contact details (including: address, phone number and e-mail) to let you know of events or exhibitions in your area which I think may be of interest to you. If you do not want me to contact you, let me know and I will remove your details from my records.
• Goods damaged due to faulty workmanship will be replaced without cost to you.
• I cannot accept liability for goods damaged in transit, but the goods are insured via the courier.
